Who owns Parkside Luxury Apartments?

We are a family owned and operated business. We employ friendly and ethical staff members to responsibly take care of your challenges and needs with exceptional customer service.

What is the make-up of your maintenance crew?

Our maintenance crew is made up of 6 regular employees and several seasonal employees. This crew is able to complete 730 regular work orders, all of the prep work for move-in and move-out, and many special projects. Of this work 70% of it was done within 2 days or less of being requested!

We also have a landscape maintenance crew of 7 regular employees and several seasonal employees. This team works hard to keep everything looking fit, trim, accessible and beautiful. Their efficient snow removal work garners them compliments every year.

What appliances are included?

Each Parkside Apartment has a top brand GE stove, 18.5 cubic foot frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, garbage disposal, attached garage with garage door opener, gas forced air furnace, and central air conditioning.

How do you promote community?

We enjoy residents flowers and garden plants that are planted in the bark areas around their apartment home.

We host events throughout the year, giving residents the opportunity to get to know one another: - Spring Picnic with prize giveaways - Holiday Party with presents for our residents

Are you close to any stores?

Although Parkside Luxury Apartments is nestled in a quiet country setting, we are just minutes from banks, grocery stores, gas stations, churches, Walmart, Kohls, Target, Home Depot, many other major stores and many, many restaurants. If that isn’t enough, we are only ½ mile away from the major highway 441 which can get you anywhere in the valley in just minutes.

Do you allow pets?

We do indeed. We allow cats, dogs, fish and others. We do require a refundable pet deposit of $250 and an additional $20 monthly rent for up to two cats, $30 monthly rent for one dog, and $40 monthly rent for two dogs (weight restrictions apply).

What do you require up front for rent or security deposit?

Our security deposit is $500. You do not need to pay any rent until your lease starts. At that time, we will collect rent just for that month.

What “extra services” does Parkside offer?

Parkside provides dry cleaning drop off and pick up, out-of-the-elements drop off area for your UPS and FedEx packages, copy machine service, fax machine service, fitness center, community room with library and more.
